We are thrilled to announce that bookings for the 2025/26 season are officially open! 🎉 Spaces are extremely limited, and as a valued customer, you have the first opportunity to lock in your ship date before bookings go public.

Last season was our busiest yet, and to maintain the quality and care that go into every Pearl Dazzle costume, we are reducing the number of bookings we accept. With 50+ spots already filled, we are no longer accepting year-round bookings—once spots are gone, they’re gone!

How It Works:

✅ Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $100 deposit (applied to your final balance).
✅ Choose your design later—this simply holds your place in our schedule.
✅ Enjoy priority access before bookings close.

📆 How to Book a Custom Costume

Booking Steps:

1️⃣ Choose a delivery date—ideally at least 2-3 weeks before you need the costume.
2️⃣ Submit your design form at least 2 months before your delivery date.
3️⃣ We will finalize the design with you, including a rough sketch for new designs.
4️⃣ Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to begin production.
5️⃣ Costume is in progress—we will ensure on-time delivery. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping.

🎨 Custom Sketch Process

For new designs, we provide a rough sketch to ensure all details are correct.

📌 Sketch Fee: $100 (included in your total cost). If you cancel after receiving the sketch, this fee is non-refundable.
📌 Three free revisions are included (excluding complete style changes).
📌 Style changes require a new sketch at an additional $100 per design change.

📏 Size Confirmation & Measurements

Since we create custom sizing for a perfect fit, a detailed measurement form is required.

❌ Size charts do not work for us.
✔️ You may have a professional tailor measure you.

✨ Solo Costumes: Starting at $300+
✨ Group Costumes: Pricing varies (discounts available for 10+ costumes)
✨ High-end Swarovski Crystal Designs: $1200+

📦 Shipping Timelines:
📌 Custom costumes are scheduled to ship 1 week before your selected delivery date (may vary).
📌 USA Shipping: FedEx 2-Day Express only (No USPS/UPS).
📌 International Shipping: Flat rate $35 (FedEx Priority 3-5 days).

⛔️ Booking Restrictions & Policies

🚫 We do not offer free alterations for minor fitting issues. However, we use computerized sizing technology to ensure 99% accuracy if the measurements provided are correct.

📌 If any adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, we offer a flat $50 alteration fee (includes shipping, fabric, and labor). This process takes 3-4 weeks.

📌 We reserve the right to decline any booking based on past interactions.

📌 Professional & respectful communication is expected at all times—any disrespectful behavior during the process will result in booking cancellation.

📌 Non-refundable deposits—however, if your plans change, we are happy to apply it toward next season instead.

📌 Ready-to-ship orders: Once a sketch is delivered and the process starts, a $100 sketch fee applies if the order is canceled.
