✨ Size Measurement Policy & Form ✨
I ✨ Size Measurement form & policy ✨
Thank you for your order!
To ensure the perfect fit, we kindly ask you to complete a form that collects key details for a virtual fitting. This form focuses primarily on size, allowing us to gather all the necessary information to create a comfortable and well-fitting design tailored to you. Please visit the following link to complete the form: www.thepearldazzle.com/pages/size-measurement-required-from.
This The form will ask for details like collar size, wrist measurement, height, and weight. If you’re comfortable, you can also upload a dancer full body photo (you can block the face if you prefer). This helps us better understand the individual’s body shape, especially since we aren’t able to meet in person.
You can also choose a size from our size chart if exact measurements are not available. However, please note that the size chart provides standard ranges based on age, which may not fit all dancers perfectly. We strongly recommend measuring and confirming sizes to ensure the best fit.
Please note that we do not offer alteration services, as our seamstress focuses exclusively on creating costumes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate adjustments once the costume is completed, so it’s very important to ensure you have the correct size before placing your order.
While we strive for an excellent fit and take great care in our craftsmanship, please understand that handmade costumes may not fit every part of the body perfectly due to variations in fabric strength and design. Additionally, factors such as weight changes or growth in dancers might require slight adjustments later. That said, we are proud to share that 99% of our costumes fit beautifully!
If you require absolute precision in the fit, we kindly encourage you to consider this carefully before ordering a custom costume. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Additionally, there are many helpful YouTube videos that guide you through the measuring process. It’s not too complicated, but extra attention should be given to the girth measurement, especially if you're ordering a one-piece design.
