2.Submit your design form 2 months prior to your delivery date.
3.Approve a rough sketch of your design ($100 included in total cost).
4.Confirm the design with a 50% deposit.
5.Pay the remaining 50% before shipping.

🎨 Design Process
*Rough sketches are $100 (included in total). Non-refundable if canceled after sketch delivery.
*Three free revisions; new designs or style changes cost $100 per sketch.

✔ Size Confirmation
•Custom sizing ensures a perfect fit! A detailed •measurement form is required.
.Size charts are not accepted.
.Measurements can be done by a professional or using our video tutorial.

🎤 Costume Options & Pricing
-Solo Base Costumes: Not available.
-Group Costumes: Discounts for 10+ costumes; studio owners get exclusive deals.
-Custom Costumes: Start at $325-$595.
-Swarovski crystal designs from $1,200+.

🚚 Shipping
🇺🇸USA: FedEx 2-Day (no USPS/UPS).
🌍International: Flat rate $35 (FedEx Priority, 3-5 days).

🔧 Alterations
-99% sizing accuracy with advanced technology.
-Minor fit issues due to measurement errors? Fixes are $50 (includes shipping and labor). -Alterations take 3-4 weeks.

📄 Policies
⚠️Communication: All bookings are subject to our discretion. Past interactions with us will be considered, and we reserve the right to decline any booking request. Disrespectful behavior cancels your booking.

💰Deposits: Non-refundable but transferable to the next season if unused.
