Because of high demand, we’re now using online booking for 30-minute WhatsApp design sessions.

  • Please only book if your delivery date is within 2 months.
  • If your delivery is more than 3 months away, please wait to book later.
    **Include your order number when booking.
    This ensures every customer gets their turn and no messages are missed.

    Before booking Design Chat, please make sure your Design Form and Measurement Form are filled out completely and accurately — this helps us finalize your sketch efficiently during the 30-minute session.

We completely understand your excitement and worry when waiting for a costume update. Here are a few helpful reminders:

1️⃣ If your costume is due within one month and you haven’t heard from us, please WhatsApp call us — we’ll see it immediately.
2️⃣ If your delivery is more than two months away, please wait until one month before your due date to follow up.
3️⃣ Please remember — we share the same goal: to make every dancer shine beautifully on stage. 🌸

We kindly ask for mutual understanding and kindness. Our small team is made up of moms doing our very best to create beautiful, affordable costumes for every child. If anyone speaks to us disrespectfully, we reserve the right to cancel that order. We give our hearts to this work, and your patience and appreciation mean the world to us. 💖
